Your role in the team: Allstate Northern Ireland – Insights Programme 2026. Curious about what it's like to work in one of Northern Ireland's largest technology organisations? During the programme, you'll learn about the digital technology industry, participate in interactive workshops, and gain insight into life at Allstate's market-leading Digital Centre of Excellence. You'll also receive valuable skills training and career guidance designed to support your employability and prepare you for future internship, placement, and graduate opportunities. Participants who excel throughout the three days and complete a final assessment may be offered a paid summer 2026 internship with potential pathways to our placement or graduate programmes — without completing our standard assessment process.
