This role will focus on system configuration, feature releases, and support across one or more of the following Workday modules: Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Compensation, or Security. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our Workday environment to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.Key responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, particularly in one or more of the following: Time & Attendance, recruiting, compensation and Security and Role-Based Access ControlPartner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver system solutions that align with business processesParticipate in system enhancements, testing, and release managementTroubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defectsEnsure data integrity through regular audits and validationsDocument configuration decisions, test results, and functional architectureResolve the issues and blockers for assigned features and product storiesSupport the planning, conduct, and review of module and integration testing for all but the most complex projectsAssist with overall product planning by contributing to/creating stories for low to moderately complex features in areas of responsibilityEssential Skills All candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
