Your Role in the Team

As a Lead Digital Product Manager in the ACE organization, you\’ll be a player/coach managing multiple products within a platform, defining, delivering, and overseeing their lifecycle. You\’ll lead and mentor a team of Digital Product Managers to enhance product strategy and execution, requiring strategic, technical, and business skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Portfolio Leadership: Guide the strategic direction for your product suite, developing a strategic roadmap.
2. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
3. Product Development: Collaborate across teams to design, develop, and launch digital products.
4. Roadmap Management: Facilitate alignment and planning for strategic initiatives.
5. Ongoing Management: Optimize team practices, including backlog management.
6. Performance Monitoring: Use analytics to track and improve product performance.
7. Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress and updates effectively.
8. Vendor & Budget Management: Manage vendor relationships and product budgets.
9. Customer Feedback & Impact: Use feedback for product improvements and influence practices.
10. Talent Development: Grow your team\’s skills and capabilities.

Essential Skills

• Legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience
• At least 2 years leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Understanding of development, UX/UI, and digital marketing
• Proficiency in data analysis

Desirable Skills

• Experience with End User, Network, Compute, or PaaS
• Knowledge in networking, identity management, automation, or cloud solutions
