Digital Product Manager – Cybersecurity, Controls & Compliance (hybrid/remote)

Your role in the team
The Digital Product Manager (DPM) is responsible for defining, delivering, and optimizing cybersecurity products, platforms, controls, data capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions across Allstate’s Cybersecurity, Controls, and Compliance (ACC) organization.
This role owns product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and outcome delivery, helping the organization improve security operations, strengthen controls, reduce enterprise risk, and enable secure-by-design technology practices.
The DPM partners with Cyber Operations, Product Security, Technology Risk, Compliance, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to build scalable, measurable, and high-impact security products that drive operational efficiency, compliance readiness, and risk reduction.
We have several DPM roles available across our Cybersecurity teams with various functional focus.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for cybersecurity and risk management products.
- Translate security, risk, compliance, operational, and business needs into scalable product capabilities and prioritized roadmaps.
- Lead product discovery, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with security, engineering, architecture, risk, compliance, and business teams to define solutions and manage product priorities.
- Create and maintain product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories to support Agile delivery and continuous improvement.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of secure, scalable solutions, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance products that improve cybersecurity posture, control effectiveness, governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Support automation, monitoring, reporting, evidence management, and integration of security controls into enterprise platforms and engineering workflows.
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, operational performance, risk reduction, and product value realization.
- Influence product and security strategy through data-driven recommendations, stakeholder alignment, and promotion of product management best practices.

- Proven experience of at least 3+ years (Senior Consultant level) or 4+ years (Lead Consultant level) or 5+ years (Expert level) in digital product management, including product discovery, scoping, roadmap development, backlog ownership, prioritization, and delivery of digital products.
- Demonstrated experience applying Agile product management practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, user story development, prioritization, release planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver product outcomes.
- Experience using KPIs, OKRs, or operational metrics to drive product decisions, with evidence of delivering measurable improvements
- Experience presenting product strategies, roadmap updates, business cases, and performance metrics to stakeholders and facilitating decision-making across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience translating complex technical, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or business requirements into the delivery of scalable technology solutions.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience owning the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of multiple products or a complex enterprise product portfolio.
- Demonstrated track record of influencing organisational or functional product strategy and driving adoption of product management standards across teams
- Additional responsibilities for Expert Level
- Minimum 2 years’ experience owning, defining and executing product strategy and roadmaps of multiple products or a complex enterprise product portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience coaching or mentoring product managers, product owners, or cross-functional team members on product management practices.
- Experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, compliance, controls, Dev Sec Ops, or secure engineering environments.
- Familiarity with security operations workflows, telemetry or observability concepts, and analyst tooling environment
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO, Zero Trust, or similar security frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), security tools, automation, AI/ML-enabled products, Data Science or enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, security workflows, governance, observability, and data products.
- Security or cloud certifications preferred.
