Your role in the team:

At Allstate, we’re building something different, and we’re doing it at extraordinary scale. As Allstate’s European Digital Centre of Excellence, we’re not just adopting modern engineering practices; we’re defining them. We’ve transformed into an AI first, cloud native, product driven organization where digital product engineering powers how we deliver protection to millions of customers. We’re engineering at a scale few organizations ever reach. Over the past three years, Allstate has reimagined its entire digital ecosystem – modernizing our platforms, reinventing our operating model, and embedding a frontier mindset that puts customer experience at the center of every decision. Today, we’re designing and building next generation protection products that are simpler, faster, and more connected than anything that came before. And we’re only accelerating.

As a Product Engineer, you’ll shape platforms from the ground up, work on high impact digital experiences used across the US market and help define what the future of protection feels like for customers. Joining us means stepping into a high performance culture where ownership is real, collaboration is deep, and technology is used to amplify people – not replace them. We’re a company that is curious, adaptive, responsible, and ambitious. If you want to do work that matters visibly, tangibly, and at scale, this is the place to build the most meaningful chapter of your career. We have multiple opportunities for experienced Digital Product Managers across various levels.

Key Responsibilities Will Include (but not limited to):

  • Shape product vision and strategy by partnering with stakeholders to identify high‑value opportunities and align on desired business outcomes.
  • Lead product discovery and scoping, using research, data analysis (SQL/BI tools), and test‑and‑learn methods to validate assumptions and inform decisions.
  • Define and track key product metrics, using insights to optimise performance, refine strategy, and guide the roadmap.
  • Translate complex problems into clear, prioritised backlogs, writing, refining, and accepting high‑quality product stories in agile tools.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and champion agile best practices to enable effective collaboration and delivery within cross‑functional and XP development teams.
  • Communicate complex or innovative concepts through compelling storytelling tailored to technical teams, senior leaders, and non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and vendor partners to deliver high‑quality digital products across internal and externally managed solutions.
  • Apply product technology awareness while balancing strategic vision with detailed execution to ensure strong end‑to‑end product outcomes.

If you have the below and you’re ready to help build the next generation of digital protection products, we’d love to hear your story:

  • A legal right to work in the UK for employment at Allstate. Allstate is not providing sponsorship for this vacancy.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Digital Product Management or a related role that includes end‑to‑end lifecycle ownership (discovery, scoping, backlog, delivery).
  • Demonstrated experience defining product KPIs, tracking performance against goals, and using insights to drive measurable improvements in customer or business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or XP, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative release cycles.
  • Proven ability to analyze customer and product data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Adobe/Google Analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, UX, architecture, and business stakeholders, using tools such as Jira, ADO, Confluence, Figma, Miro/Mural, or equivalent collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience producing structured product communications through storytelling that drive alignment across technical and non‑technical teams.

Think you’re a good fit? We’d really like to hear from you.

Joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity. One that takes your skills and pushes them to the next level. One that encourages you to challenge the status quo. One where you can shape the future of protection while supporting causes that mean the most to you. Joining our team means being part of something bigger – a winning team making a meaningful impact.
