Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordinated planning and execution at scale - Lead Planning & Integration across CEP in environments with a high number of distributed product teams, partnering with digital products teams to ensure backlogs are sequenced when needed and consumable across domains.

- Elevate workforce planning and future readiness - Align workforce planning and capability development by aligning future skill needs and organizational capacity to expected demand.
- Align strategic vendor engagement to enterprise priorities - Support engagement and alignment with key strategic external partners against ATS priorities.
- Shapes a clear consistent strategic narrative that connects directly to enterprise value - Curate clear, consistent storytelling of CEP strategy, progress, and impact across OKR tracking, ORCC, and board-level materials.
