Your role in the team As a Digital Product Manager (DPM), you are responsible for contributing towards defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products in Allstate's growing product portfolio.

The DPM will support the Use My Protection customer journey as we transform how we serve our customers and business partners throughout the claims journey using innovative and modern technology.
We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven product person, expertly living into Human-Centered design and Design Thinking practices to better understand the needs and goals of our customers and employees, generating new ideas and features.
They should be a creative problem solver in the face of technology and/or resource limitations and should be able to skillfully apply emotional intelligence to gain trust and influence across stakeholders.
This individual will define and drive the strategic direction and vision for their digital product, iteratively delivering on consumer journeys and relevant demands.
