As a full-time Graduate Product Engineer, you will work directly within an Allstate Technology Solutions team, gaining hands on experience and exposure to high impact projects while helping to solve real business problems using modern technologies. You will contribute to the development of high quality, scalable applications and systems that deliver value for Allstate and its customers. Working across the full technology stack, you will gain hands on experience with a range of modern technologies and engineering practices, which may include programming languages such as Java, Python and JavaScript, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, DevOps tools, and front-end and back-end development frameworks used to deliver innovative products and solutions for Allstate and its customers. The ANI Early Careers training programme provides a structured introduction to Allstate, combining onboarding, business awareness and professional skills development. A key focus is building AI literacy from day one, with dedicated sessions on AI fundamentals and practical AI learning, alongside training in communication, resilience, decision making and customer experience. The programme helps graduates build early connections, understand the business and develop the skills needed to thrive in a technology-driven environment.
