Allstate Northern Ireland – Insights Programme 2026
We’re offering up to 50 students studying IT, Maths, or Physics the chance to take part in a three‑day Insights Programme running on 31 March, 1 April and 2 April 2026.
During the programme, you’ll learn about the digital technology industry, participate in interactive workshops, and gain insight into life at Allstate’s market‑leading Digital Centre of Excellence. You’ll explore our full tech stack, experience modern engineering practices such as DevOps and Test‑Driven Development, and engage with emerging technologies including Generative and Agentic AI — all focused on helping protect people when they need it most.
You’ll also receive valuable skills training and career guidance designed to support your employability and prepare you for future internship, placement, and graduate opportunities. Participants who excel throughout the three days and complete a final assessment may be offered a paid summer 2026 internship with potential pathways to our placement or graduate programmes — without completing our standard assessment process.
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, Hybrid (2 days virtual, 1 day in-office)
Applicants must:
- Have an existing right to work in the UK.
- Be on track to complete the first year of an IT, Maths, or Physics degree by June 2026.
- Have achieved an average of 2:1 or above in module results to date.
- Provide all module marks on their CV (applications without marks cannot be considered).
- Be able to attend an in office day in Belfast on the 31st March.
If we receive a high volume of applications, shortlisting criteria may be adjusted.
