Allstate is seeking a Paralegal to support Personal Injury Litigation Claims within Client Legal Services.
You will prepare legal documents, coordinate discovery and ensure compliance with procedures, acting as a liaison among attorneys, Claims, outside Counsel, Courts and third parties.
Responsibilities include progressing cases toward settlement or trial, handling your own caseload, drafting pleadings, and using case management systems and MS Office.
