- Stock-takes
- Ordering
- Staff Training
- Stock Control
- Menu Planning
To be considered for this position you will have:
- A professional, reliable and flexible attitude
- At least 5 years' experience working in a similar role
- Work in all areas of the kitchen operation
- Excellent communication and Planning skills
- A love for food and a passion for the industry
- A strong eye for detail
- A successful track record
- Work well under pressure and display a positive can do attitude
- A mature attitude and lead by example
- This is a Permanent position working a 45 hr week. However due to the nature of the role, you will require a certain amount of flexibility.
