Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Yields Analyst for a well-established company based in Glasgow.

Overview

The Yields Analyst plays a key role in monitoring, analysing and improving production yields across the site. This position supports operational teams by identifying inefficiencies, ensuring accurate reporting and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and communicate yield and GA losses to Line Leaders and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure raw materials, tote bins and finished goods are available and utilised appropriately
  • Maintain accurate segregation and control of part tray stock
  • Support product trials, ensuring all required data is collected, recorded and reported accurately
  • Produce and distribute waste reports, including completing waste reconciliations
  • Manage the segregation of unusable part trays into waste or sell-offs
  • Liaise with third-party contractors regarding bulk waste collections
  • Work closely with warehouse stock controllers to ensure accurate stock movements and investigate discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the technical team to manage stock on hold, disposals and ensure these are reflected in yield calculations
  • Compare non-conformance reports against yield data to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Support wider waste control and cost reduction initiatives across the site
