Overview
Allstaff Warehouse Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Warehouse Operator. We are currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operator to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Hillington, Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift to safely move stock and materials
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Supporting delivery booking processes (training provided)
- Completing basic admin tasks including updating records and delivery notes
- Using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) for general admin duties
Experience Required
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (in-date)
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Basic administrative experience, including data entry and handling delivery documentation
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (basic level)
- Willingness to be trained on internal systems, including booking deliveries and stock systems
Hours of Work
37.5 hours per week, 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary
£26,000 – £27,000 per annum
