Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Joinery/Furniture Sprayer to join our client\’s workshop in Bedford. This is a fantastic chance for someone eager to build a hands-on career in joinery or furniture finishing. Full training will be provided, offering you the opportunity to learn specialist spraying and finishing techniques from an experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the spray department with day-to-day activities and preparation work.
- Learn and develop essential surface preparation and spraying techniques under supervision.
- Support the team in achieving high-quality finishes across a range of joinery and furniture products.
- Gain confidence to operate spray booths independently during team absences.
- Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, following all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in joinery, furniture making, or spray finishing.
- Willingness to learn and develop new practical skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well under supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
