We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Controller based in Sheffield for one of our clients on a permanent basis.
Summary of the Service Controller role:
- Salary: £31,814 - £33,865
- Job Location: Sheffield

- Hours: 40 hour working week, Monday – Friday
Responsibilities of the Service Controller:
- Answer inbound calls and queries.
- Schedule maintenance, servicing and repairs of machines.
- Organise parts, labour and tooling to ensure efficient completion of any job.
- Close and invoice jobs justifying costs incurred.
- Communicate with Field Service Engineers to compile and prepare estimates.
- Raise sales orders, work orders, purchase requests and invoices.
- Processing and dealing with credit notes.
- Input engineer timesheets and overtime forms.
Requirements for a successful Credit Controller:
- Experience working with and scheduling repairs and engineers previously.
- Warranty parts and service experience in the construction/plant industry.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Calm under pressure and able to handle multiple workloads.
- Well organised.
