We have an exciting opportunity for a QA Team Leader based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

Summary of the QA Team Leader role

  • Salary: Competitive
  • Location: Milton Keynes
  • Type of Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

Responsibilities of the QA Team Leader

  • Lead the Quality Assurance team
  • Maintain and continuously improve the integrated management system
  • Ensure all processes and documentation remain compliant
  • Plan, conduct and support internal audits
  • Lead investigations
  • Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and report on quality KPIs and trends
  • Work closely with other functions to resolve quality issues

Requirements for a successful QA Team Leader

  • Previous experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing
  • Experience in leading or supporting internal and external audits
  • Experience in leading or supervising a team
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
