We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor based in Corby for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Location: Corby
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: full-time Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Manage own varied caseload, providing expert legal advice and support across all aspects of private client work.
- Advise clients on the preparation of wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), trusts, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning.
- Handle probate matters with empathy, precision, and professionalism.
- Offer tailored advice on succession and wealth management, ensuring clients’ affairs are structured effectively for future generations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and clear communication.
- Support continued growth of the private client department by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Maintain compliance with current legislation and professional standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with several years’ post‑qualification experience in private client law.
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently, from initial instruction to completion.
