We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Administrator based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a permanent basis.  Summary of the Parts Administrator role… Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Job Location: Biggleswade Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 hour working week, Monday – Friday Responsibilities of the Parts Administrator Promote and prepare parts quotations and Sales orders. Chase and progress supplier orders and back orders. Liaise with engineers. Create internal and external invoices. Raise warranty orders, Sales orders, work orders, purchase requests and invoices both internally and to customers.  Process warranty claims. Requirements for a successful Parts Administrator Experience within a similar role previously. Experience within the construction plant or transport industry. Excellent administration skills with experience in raising orders. Administration experience previously is essential. Good communication skills both written and verbal.
