Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Nightshift Process Lead.
This is a full time permanent role based with our client near Johnstone, Renfrewshire.
Hours of Work will be based on 37 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, Night Shift, 9:30pm – 6:00am, plus 2.5 hours overtime.
Role Purpose The role of the Process Lead is to assist the Lead Supervisor to guarantee optimum performance and operational efficiency of the day-to-day production to achieve production KPI’s to meet customer demands whilst complying with company procedures and Health and Safety policies.
The Process Lead will also work on a variety of projects related to ongoing organisational improvements including, but not limited to, Health and Safety, Quality, Workplace Organisation, Environmental and Sustainability.
