Allstaff are seeking a proactive and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join our clients dynamic team. This role offers a 3 week rotational shift pattern, Early, Back and Nightshift. This is a fantastic opportunity for engineers looking to work in a collaborative environment with ongoing opportunities for skill advancement and pay progression. This role is based near Paisley, in Johnstone., * Execute electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair tasks to ensure optimal performance of production equipment.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in a safe and efficient manner.

Collaborate with a skilled team to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the factory.

Contribute to project work and respond to emergency breakdowns as needed.
Do you have experience in Electrical engineering?, * Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.

Strong electrical and mechanical skills; ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a range of equipment.

Flexibility to adapt to rotating shifts following the competency period.

Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm

Monday-Wednesday, 11:30 am – 10:00 pm; Thursday, 12:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Occasionally: Tuesday-Thursday, 11:30 am – 10:00 pm; Friday, 12:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Night Shift (Rotation): Monday-Thursday, 9:50 pm – 8:05 am, * Saturday morning overtime for maintenance and setting team only, available most weekends to support project work and outstanding tasks.
