Allstaff Engineering Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Maintenance Engineer (electrical Bias) based in Hillington, 39 hours per week.
Working Hours
- Day Shift β Monday to Thursday - 07:45 β 16:15
- Friday - 07:45 β 15:15
- Back Shift β Monday to Wednesday - 10:55 β 21:25
- Thursday - 12:55 β 22:25
- Night Shift - Monday to Wednesday - 21:20 β 07:50
- Thursday - 22:20 β 07:50
Purpose of the Job
To assist the maintenance department in undertaking scheduled and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment.
Duties & Objectives
- To respond to breakdowns and diagnose faults
- To provide assistance in carrying out repairs and servicing company equipment
- Ensure all relevant documentation is complete through qpulse
- Ensure all work activities are carried out safely, reporting any hazards or near misses to your supervisor
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in your work environment, reporting any possible improvements to chargehand/supervisor/manager
- Liaise with maintenance manager/supervisor/chargehand on progression of work
- Ensure good working standards are maintained
- Organize workshop area to ensure it is clean, tidy and workspace is properly utilized
- Any other work requested by manager/supervisor or chargehand to ensure effective operation of the business
- Provide assistance to other engineers and apprentices

Salary: Β£45,692.40 inc of shift allowance
