We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

Summary of the Telesales Executive role

  • Salary: £28,000-£30,000
  • Bonus
  • Location: Milton Keynes
  • Type of Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm

Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive

  • Develop new and existing relationships by prospecting (outbound) selected and allocated accounts
  • Office point of contact for sales enquiries and product information requests
  • Conduct market research
  • Identify products or services that best meet the customer’s needs
  • Identify potential customers and new business
  • Maintain CRM system – updating, cleansing and order processing

Requirements for a successful Telesales Executive

  • Experience of telesales or telemarketing
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good level of numeracy and ability to interpret sales data
  • Industry knowledge of the dental or medical sector
