Graduate Technical Author

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Technical Author based in Southampton to join one of our clients on a permanent full-time basis.\\nResponsibilities of the Graduate Technical Author\\n * Generate proposals and tender responses and processing of sales concessions.\\n * Draft and customise contracts.\\n * Making contract changes during the negotiation process.\\n * Contract amendments, side letters and reports.\\n * Coordinate the approval processes for proposals and contracts using SAP and SharePoint.\\nRequirements for a successful Graduate Technical Author\\n * Degree qualification within a related field.\\n * Internship or work experience within a writing role and generating commercial proposals or drafting contracts.\\n * Comfortable liaising with senior managers.\\n * Excellent business writing skills.\\n * Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and SAP.\\n * High attention to detail.\\nSummary of the Graduate Technical Author role\\nSalary: £30,000 per annum\\nLocation: Southampton\\nType of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.\\nHours: 37 hours, Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pn, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm\\nAllstaff Recruitment are an Independent Recruitment Specialist based in Bedfordshire who work on behalf of companies across Bedford, Milton Keynes and surrounds to fill their vacancies and meet their recruitment needs.
