Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of temporary Sales Administrator for a well established company in Hillington with potential to become permanent. This role is to provide an efficient sales administration service to Directors and customers; support internal and external customers and ensure highest quality of customer care is delivered. This is fully on site full time Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm (30 min lunch break).
Overall Purpose of the Job
- Provide an efficient sales administration service to Directors and customers
- Support internal and external customers
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Ensure the highest quality of customer care is delivered daily
Duties & Objectives – Priority Duties
- Marking up orders (time barred am for morning printout - pm for order entry)
- Ensure markup orders are double checked prior to placing in folder
- Checking orders within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays
- Answering customer phone calls in a timeous manner
- Maintaining incoming order emails
- Raise manual overnight/collection orders
- Carry out ad hoc duties requested by Directors or Managers
Secondary Duties
- Match up’s (matching short numbers with Sales works order number)
- Call backs / catching up with telephone calls
- Installation advice/technical drawings – where possible email rep POD requests
- Investigate discrepancies – shortages, ‘A’s/ FOC cc N/C+ collections, credits
- Sample requests
Additional Duties (Outwith Sales)
- Data administration cover
- Entering/printing of orders
- Raising/printing of invoices
Responsibilities
