We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator based in Castleford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

Summary of the Sales Coordinator role

  • Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
  • Location: Castleford
  • Type of Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: 37.5 hours – Monday – Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-1.30pm

Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator

  • Prepare and issue replacements and spares quotations accurately
  • Support the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer and product records
  • Review customer specifications and technical requirements
  • Coordinate technical queries
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals and tender documents
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate pricing, customer and product information

Requirements for a successful Sales Coordinator

  • Previous experience preparing and issuing technical customer quotations
  • Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support, or technical administration role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems
