Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Production Operative for our client in Blantyre.

Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 7:30am–4pm & Friday 7:30am –3pm.

Please note a drug test will be required prior to starting work.

Responsibilities
  • Cut and assemble aluminium profiles and headers.
  • Carry out prep machining on profiles to acceptable standards.
  • Inspect and control the quality of products to ensure compliance with drawings and specification requirements.
  • Highlight any issues in quality or on-time fabrication of products, and work to promptly resolve problems.
  • Complete assembly of orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Eliminate waste and avoid unproductive activity.
  • Ensure material issued to the shop floor is protected and used correctly.
  • Maintain high standards of personal performance, behaviour, attendance, and timekeeping.
