We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Estimator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.

Summary of the Construction Estimator role

  • Salary: £60,000
  • Location: Bedford
  • Type of Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

Responsibilities of the Construction Estimator

  • Prepare cost estimates, tender pricing and bid submissions
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Obtain and analyse quotations
  • Quantity take-offs and cost analysis
  • Highlight potential risks
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Support project handovers
