We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

Summary of the Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator role

  • Salary: £32,000 - £34,000
  • Location: Bedford
  • Type of Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities of the Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator

  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
  • Coordinating employee mobilisation
  • Coordinating appointments and mandatory training
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with employees throughout the onboarding process
  • Maintain compliance records and databases
  • Maintain company policies and procedures
  • Supporting audits
  • Monitor compliance deadlines
  • Employment administration such as preparing payroll information and preparing contractual documents
  • Preparing reports and spreadsheets and maintain electronic filing systems

Requirements for a successful Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator

  • Previous administration or coordination experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information
