Allstaff Warehouse Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Senior Warehouse Supervisor.

The Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all warehouse operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, and supply of all components to support over 30 active production lines, while managing inventory accuracy, WMS performance, and the timely distribution of finished goods to multiple sites.

The role requires a proactive leader with a strong “can‑do” attitude, capable of driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse & Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods‑in, storage, picking, line feeding, and finished goods dispatch.
  • Manage the receiving of all raw materials and packaging components, ensuring accuracy against POs and system records.
  • Ensure continuous and uninterrupted supply of materials to 30+ production lines in a high‑volume, time‑critical environment.
  • Coordinate finished goods movements, shipping completed products to multiple internal and external sites.
  • Inventory & Systems
  • Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through effective WMS utilisation, cycle counting, and stock control processes.
  • Ensure all warehouse transactions (receipts, transfers, issues, and dispatches) are accurately recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, and root causes efficiently.
  • Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams, including supervisors and warehouse operatives.
  • Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and promote accountability and engagement.
  • Support shift planning, labour allocation, and workload prioritisation to meet operational demands.
  • Foster a positive, hands‑on culture with a strong safety‑first and customer‑focused mindset.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with H&S, GMP, and cosmetic industry standards at all times.
  • Drive safe working practices, conducting audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations where required.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation across all warehouse areas.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow within warehouse operations.
  • Support process improvements, system enhancements, and cross‑functional collaboration with Production, Planning, and Quality teams.
  • Lead by example with a proactive, solution‑focused approach in a fast‑changing environment.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Senior Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment (FMCG, or similar).
  • Strong hands‑on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Solid knowledge of PO receiving, inventory management, and material line feeding.
  • Experience supporting high‑volume production operations with tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, managing teams in a demanding operational setting.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong “can‑do” attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Salary is dependent on experience.
