Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Shift Lead for our client based near Paisley. Due to location, own transport is essential. This role involves assisting the Lead Supervisor to look after a small team of 8–14 staff on a busy manufacturing site.
Salary: £34,000–£35,000 per annum, plus shift allowance and overtime.
Shift Pattern:
- Early shift: Monday – Thursday 5:30am – 2pm & Friday 5:30am – 1:30pm
- Back shift: Monday – Thursday 1:30pm – 10pm & Friday 1pm – 9pm
Includes 2.5 hours overtime each week to cover handover times.
Responsibilities:
- Embed a H&S culture of zero tolerance.
- Deliver the production plan and highlight risks to OTIF.
- Monitor and improve KPIs through accurate production recording.
- Manage holiday requests, absences, and return-to-work meetings.
- Identify and deliver operational training and on-the-job assessments.
