Allstaff Manufacturing Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Leather Worker. Allstaff are currently recruiting for leather worker roles on behalf of our prestigious Manufacturing client based on the outskirts of Johnstone.
These roles are for immediate starts, but you must be able to travel to and from the area for the shift times listed below.
Working Hours & Shift Options:
- Early Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm (or 6:00am – 2:00pm)
- Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay Rates:
- Early Shift: £13.50 per hour (+ weekly bonus)
- Back Shift: £14.79 per hour (+ weekly bonus)
Duties & Working Environment:
These roles are physically demanding and are based indoors; however, it can be a wet environment due to the washing and cleaning of raw materials.
- Loading and unloading machines
- Hands-on heavy lifting
- Using sharp tools to cut materials to size
A full Health & Safety Induction will be given before starting work.
Requirements & Experience:
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manual handling role is preferred but not essential.
