The role of the QC Technician is to complete the day-to-day workload as prescribed by the daily production schedule and requirements stipulated by the QC Supervisor. You will ensure attention to detail and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality Control testing of all products (Microbiological, Assay, and Boil testing).
- Microbiological monitoring of plant and equipment using the Accupoint Meter.
- Determining fill levels and monitoring process/waste water quality.
- Organisation and management of samples being sent to external Laboratory.
- Cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of Laboratory equipment.
- Control of production paperwork and stock control of Lab consumables.
- Knowledge of formulation types, ingredient roles, and analytical/test methods.
- Strong attention to detail, project tracking, and KPI measurement skills.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
