Production Line Operator – Allstaff Manufacturing Division
Allstaff Manufacturing Division is looking for Production Line Operators to join our client on a rotational shift basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and quality checking materials on the production line, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Location & Shift Pattern
Shift pattern: Weekly rotation of early shift and back shift.
- Early shift hours: 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday
- Back shift hours: 2pm – Midnight (12am) Monday to Thursday
Compensation
Pay rate: £13.90 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow production plans and schedules to ensure targets are met.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues.
- Complete required documentation and record keeping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
