Allstaff is delighted to bring to the market the role of New Product Development Executive for our client based in Inchinnan. The primary function of this role will be to work on developing new products from concept to launch alongside continuously improving existing manufactured products. This position provides tremendous opportunities for an enthusiastic and resourceful candidate who is self-motivated and committed to delivering innovative products to market in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively managing the development of new products for assigned projects.
- Prioritising and responding to customer demands.
- Sourcing new product ideas to support customers and brands.
- Managing the testing and reporting of new and existing formulas.
- Creating comprehensive product, packaging, and labelling briefs.
- Effectively communicating project objectives with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrating strong negotiation skills and responsibility for product costing.
- Maintaining a rolling project list with accurate and detailed progress.
Experience Required:
- Applicants must have previous experience working in a similar or related New Product Development or product-based role.
- Able to manage and progress multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
- Happy to work in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
- Results orientated and proactive in problem-solving with exceptional attention to quality.
- Proficient in communicating clearly, diplomatically, and professionally.
- Enthusiastic about bringing new ideas alive with commercial success.
Work Pattern: This is an onsite, permanent role. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8:30am/9:00am – 5:00pm/5:30pm, and Friday with an early 4:00pm finish.
