Allstaff Office Services Division are working with our key clients in the Glasgow, North and South Lanarkshire area, who require a temporary Receptionist for ad-hoc cover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers into the business and offer refreshments to waiting guests
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls, passing messages to the correct department
  • Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and presentable

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and great customer service skills
  • Immediately available on the market
  • Own transport is advantageous due to the location of some of our clients

Shifts and Work Hours:

  • Shift times are usually between 8 am and 6 pm latest and mostly weekdays, occasionally weekend work.
