Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed take-offs and costings for windows, doors, and curtain walling.
- Review architect drawings, specifications, and façade consultant reports.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and assist in contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or construction management.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and building standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel formulas).
- Minimum of 18 months relevant industry experience.
