Allstaff Warehouse Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Counterbalance Forklift Driver. Working with a global manufacturing company in East Kilbride, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and manufacturing environment. If you hold a valid Counterbalance forklift licence and are looking for a full-time temporary role with competitive rates of pay and a variety of shift patterns, we’d love to hear from you.

Counterbalance Forklift Driver Working with a global manufacturing company in East Kilbride. Must have valid Counterbalance forklift licence.

Available shifts:

  • Flex: 0600-1800 + 1800-0600 (4 on 4 off).
  • Double Days: 0600-1400 (M-T) 0600-1300 (F) + 1400-2200 (M-T) 1300-2000 (F).
  • Constant Night: 2200-0600 (M-T) 2000-0300 (F).
  • As much flexibility as possible is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Counterbalance forklift to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Load and unload vehicles efficiently while ensuring all goods are handled safely and accurately.
  • Supply production lines with materials to maintain continuous manufacturing operations.
  • Carry out general warehouse duties including stock movement, palletising and maintaining organised storage locations.
  • Complete routine equipment checks and follow all health and safety procedures within a busy manufacturing environment.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily operational targets while maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.

Experience Required

  • Previous Counterbalance forklift driving experience.
  • Valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
  • A minimum of 12 months’ Counterbalance forklift driving experience is preferred.
