Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Construction Administrator for a well-established company based in Barrhead, Renfrewshire. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8 am – 5 pm, Friday 8 am – 3 pm. The role is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll be at the centre of the day-to-day operations for their drainage survey team. You’ll support scheduling, customer communication, processing of data from survey crews, preparation of safety work packs and general administration to help ensure jobs run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting directly to the Drainage Manager, you will be part of a key team within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers and clients
  • Booking in CCTV surveys, and waste services for clients
  • Processing data received from drainage squad into company specific management forms prior to issue to client
  • Updating job management systems with accurate information
  • Raising job sheets, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Liaising with site teams, clients, and suppliers
  • Assisting with compliance paperwork
  • General office administration and filing
