THE COMPANY
Our client is a quaint village pub situated in the Essex countryside. In this beautiful venue, the team are cooking amazing pub food. They are a close-knit team and are looking for a skilled, passionate Sous Chef to fit into their team.

THE POSITION
As the sous chef, you will need to be an experienced chef with the ability to run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef. You will be involved in menu development and daily specials. Along with this, you will be required to perform daily due diligence and maintain a high level of hygiene.
