I am proud to be representing this client who is a busy gastro pub serving fresh food to a high standard. The pub is a family-owned business currently looking to hire a general manager to join their team. This client is going from strength to strength and looking to continue its expansion, so you would be joining at an opportunistic time being able to grow with the company.
As general manager, you will be expected to ensure a smooth running of front of house operations. You will need to be:
- Experienced in a similar role at least at a supervisory level.
- Have good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage team members.
- Have bar and barista experience.
- Experienced in training and developing junior members of the team with a desire to expand their knowledge in efforts to give guests an excellent service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about hospitality and driven to provide an exceptional service.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify areas of the business that need improving/changing to encourage revenue growth.
