As Chef de Partie, you will be supporting the head and sous chefs by managing your section. You will need to work well in a team and have a real passion for fresh fine dining as well as brasserie style food. This is an unmatched opportunity in the area for a Chef de Partie looking to further their career. Having both an established gastro pub trade & a Rosette standard restaurant on site provides variety in the food you are producing. This is a great opportunity for learning & development, ultimately leading to career progression as the owners like to promote from within.
