Responsibilities of the Vehicle Mechanic

  • You will be required to work on all makes and models of cars and vans and be committed to working to a high standard.
  • Undertaking Vehicle checks ensuring they are road safe and up to standard.
  • Complete MOT Tests.
  • Previous track record of workshop experience.
  • Health & Safety Awareness.

Requirements for a successful Vehicle Mechanic

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or time-served experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and capable to work under pressure.
  • Great at working as part of a team.
  • Hold a full driving licence (Maximum 3 points).
