We have an exciting opportunity for an Enforcement Administrator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a remote role; however, occasional travel to the office may be required for meetings. Therefore, you must be based locally to Bedford and have access to your own transport.

Summary of the Enforcement Administrator's role

  • Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum
  • Location: Remote with occasional team building/working days in Bedford
  • Type of Contract: Temp to perm
  • Hours: 35 hours, Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Fridays 9:00am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities of the Enforcement Administrator

  • Manage prior conduct cases end-to-end, including reporting and maintaining accurate records.
  • Investigate prior conduct declarations and make delegated decisions where appropriate, with support as needed.
  • Assist operational teams with case file management, remote hearing prep, and general admin tasks.
  • Keep misconduct and conduct records up to date, and produce reports and performance stats.
  • Organise face-to-face disciplinary hearings and training events, handling venues, travel, catering, and logistics.

Requirements for a successful Enforcement Administrator

  • Strong administrative skills with proven experience in accurate record management, document preparation, and working within legal or regulatory environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Dynamics, SharePoint, and Teams.
