We have an exciting opportunity for a QA Team Leader based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the QA Team Leader role

Responsibilities of the QA Team Leader
- Lead the Quality Assurance team
- Maintain and continuously improve the integrated management system
- Ensure all processes and documentation remain compliant
- Plan, conduct and support internal audits
- Lead investigations
- Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs and trends
- Work closely with other functions to resolve quality issues
Requirements for a successful QA Team Leader
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing
- Experience in leading or supporting internal and external audits
- Experience in leading or supervising a team
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
