Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Engineer

  • Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirements.

  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to new and existing customers.

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Calculate accurate and competitive sales quotations and prepare tenders, proposals, designs and technical documents to meet customer deadlines.

  • Follow up quotations.

  • Offer after-sales service and support.

  • Enter all sales orders onto Sage.

  • Strong sales background ideally within manufacturing.

  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Sage.

  • HVAC knowledge useful
