We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator based in Castleford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Sales Coordinator role
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Location: Castleford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours – Monday – Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-1.30pm
Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator
- Prepare and issue replacements and spares quotations accurately
- Support the sales team
- Maintain and update customer and product records
- Review customer specifications and technical requirements
- Coordinate technical queries
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals and tender documents
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Maintain accurate pricing, customer and product information
Requirements for a successful Sales Coordinator
- Previous experience preparing and issuing technical customer quotations
- Previous experience in a sales administration, sales support, or technical administration role
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems
