Summary of the Internal Sales & Sales Support role
Salary:£30,000 - £32,000
Location:Bedford
Type of Contract:Permanent
Hours:Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Responsibilities of theInternal Sales & Sales Support
- Respond to customer calls, emails and sales enquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare accurate quotations
- Coordinate national orders, checking details and monitoring progress through to delivery
- Keep customers informed and resolve queries
- Build strong relationships
- Make proactive customer calls and identify relevant cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Requirements for a successful Internal Sales & Sales Support
- Experience in customer service, internal sales, sales administration, account management or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and keen to learn
