We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin role
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

- Hours: Monday – Friday 37 hour working week

- Provide timely and accurate advice on a wide range of people matters
- Maintaining/updating systems
- Payroll preparation
- Supporting the wider HR team
- Prepare clear and professional documentation

Requirements for a successful HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin
- CIPD Level 3
- Previous experience in a HR or recruitment administration role
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance
- Excellent organisational skills and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills ensuring deadlines are met
