We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Estimator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.

- Salary: £60,000
- Location: Bedford
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Responsibilities of the Construction Estimator
- Prepare cost estimates, tender pricing and bid submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Obtain and analyse quotations
- Quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Highlight potential risks
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Support project handovers
Requirements for a successful Construction Estimator
- Previous experience in estimating within commercial/industrial construction
- Solid knowledge of construction methods and materials
