We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician based in Bedfordshire for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Vehicle Technician role…
Salary: £36,000 + DOE
Location: Bedfordshire
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-timeHours: 5 Days Per Week 8am-6pm
Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician
- You will be required to work on all makes and models of cars and vans and be committed to working to a high standard.
- Undertaking Vehicle checks ensuring they are road safe and up to standard.
- Prepare them for MOT tests (If you hold a licence then will be asked to do the MOT too)
- Previous track record of workshop experience
- Health & Safety Awareness
Requirements for a successful Vehicle Technician
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or time-served experience.
- Valid MOT testing licence advantageous but not needed
- Excellent organisational skills and capable to work under pressure.
- Great at working as part of a team.
- Hold a full driving licence.
